Licensed Marketing Assets - Service Specific Additional Terms

1. Definitions and interpretation
TopIn these Service Specific Additional Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
| "Licenced Marketing Materials" | the badges, certificates and other digital assets provided by 色盒直播 to the Client under these terms; |
| "Licence Period" | the Term specified in the Order Form; |
| "Order Form" | the web page from which these Licensed Marketing Assets - Service Specific Additional Terms are hyperlinked on which the Parties have agreed to the purchase and delivery of the Licensed Marketing Materials; |
2. Provision of the Licenced Marketing Materials
Top2.1 色盒直播 shall licence the Licensed Marketing Materials to the Client for the Licence Period.
2.2 The Licensed Marketing Materials shall be valid for the Licence Period and should not be used after the end of the Licence Period.
2.3 色盒直播 shall confirm the validity of the Licensed Materials on the 色盒直播 website during the Licence Period. The confirmation on the website shall lapse at the end of the Licence Period.
3. Client obligations
Top3.1 The Client shall cease to use or publish the Licensed Marketing Materials at the end of the Term.
