Kobe College is a private non-sectarian liberal arts college found in Nishinomiya, Hyōgo, Japan. Chartered in 1948, it is the first women's college to achieve university status in West Japan. It was originally founded in 1875 to supply balanced education for women based on Christian principles.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Teaching and Research Senior Lecturer (Level C) or Associate Professor (Level D) in Physiotherapy to join the School of Allied Health & Human Performance within the College of Health at Adelaide University. To be successful at a Senior Lecturer Level C teaching and research position applicants will need:


	A relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy together with relevant industry/discipline experience, in contemporary Physiotherapy practice, with current registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
	A PhD in a related field of research to Physiotherapy and an emerging national reputation of discipline related industry and/or research leadership in the practice or science of rehabilitation including neurological rehabilitation.
	Demonstrated experience and a commitment to high quality, flexible teaching and learning outcomes, using a range of contemporary teaching methodologies and modes of delivery.
	Demonstrated capacity to develop research projects that attract graduate research students and external funding to build upon the established research and scholarship strengths of the school.
	Demonstrated successful leadership of teams and projects that fosters a supportive culture of excellence and inclusivity.
	High level administrative and organisational skills.

To be successful at an Associate Professor level D, in addition to the level C criteria you will also have:


	A PhD in a related field of research to Occupational Therapy and a national reputation of discipline related industry and/or research leadership in the practice or Science of rehabilitation (including neurological rehabilitation).
	Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading academic staff to establish successful and rewarding careers.

The role

The Institute for Communication Systems (ICS), home of the 6G Innovation Centre (6GIC), is looking to recruit a full-time Research Fellow to work on Generative Semantic Communication Technologies for Future Satellite Networks. This is a fixed-term position until June 2028.

For this opening, the successful candidate will be required to have research experience in wireless communication systems as well as familiarity with design and training of state-of-the-art large generative AI models, e.g. Diffusion Models, Multimodal Large Language Models, etc. The area of specialisation for this post is Generative Semantic Communication Technologies for Future Satellite Networks.

ICS is the largest academic research institute in Europe specialising in all aspects of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). It is home to over 200 researchers with expertise in all communication and broadcasting systems and has developed the best-in-class large scale testbeds for research and innovation and enjoys the state-of-the-art lab and computing facilities.

Established in 2012, 5GIC is the world’s first dedicated centre in researching end-to-end aspects of 5G and works closely with national and international leading academic institutes and key industrial partners. In November 2020, 6GIC was officially launched with parallel research undertaken in both 5G+ and 6G for 2030+.

About you

Applicants should have a good honors PhD degree (or close to completing a PhD degree) in wireless communications or AI and computer vision fields and a strong track record of publications. Preference will be given to those with prior publications either in top-tier AI and Computer Vision venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, etc.), or prestigious IEEE journals (e.g. IEEE JSAC, ComST, etc.).

Applicants are expected to have good problem solving and analytical skills, to be proactive, to engage with other researchers and to be self-motivated. The successful candidate will, in collaboration with other researchers, specify, design and implement the systems under investigation. The successful candidates will be joining a very strong and vibrant research team and will be supported by academic staff working on the programme. The selection will be based on the principles of meritocracy with the above criteria.

The Faculty of Psychology at the University of Vienna comprises, beside the Dean's oﬃce and the StudyServiceCenter, four Departments. What we offer:

The employment duration is 3 years. Initially limited to 1.5 years, the employment relationship is automatically extended to 3 years if the employer does not terminate it within the first 12 months by submitting a non-extension declaration.

The basic salary (full time) according to the classiﬁcation of the collective bargaining agreement in the B1 salary group amounts to EUR 3,776.10. This amount increases after 3 years of service. The three-year period shall be reduced by periods for which previous job-related work experience can be proved (see salary scheme).

ɫ��ֱ��oﬃce: The employee and their superior may ﬂexibly agree on work from home on no more than ten working days a month. The maximum number of days on which the employees may work from home depends on the agreed number of working days in a week.
