Conduct benchmarking of existing materials or processes related to the targeted research subject. Maintain accurate records of experimental data and ensure data integrity and support the scale-up of processes from lab to (semi)pilot scale. Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, publications, patent disclosures and cosupervision of students. Work in collaboration with industrial partners, academic researchers, and internal R&D teams. Criteria of the candidate :聽 Doctoral degree in the fields of material science, biotechnology, formulation science or related area Experience with biomass conversion and valorization processes is required Knowledge in fertilizer science and technology is highly recommended Excellent communication skills, in English and French Ability to generate new ideas, links, and builds upon existing ideas to generate unique concepts and solutions.
